Jeremy Topp - Production Designer
My personal view on set design has transformed entirely during my three years of study at Wimbledon, gaining an understanding of determination, bold vision and creativity. The process of design to creation is an extensive project, which has taught me the skill of organisation and dedication. Now, as I finish my final year, I have used the skills and knowledge acquired to produce a strong and diverse portfolio, using my main assignment, a design production of Enid Blytons Malory Towers. My interests are chiefly in film and television, and so this is reflected in my work, and in my practice working in the industry. So far my experiences have ranged from television programmes, adverts, music videos, and independent films. From working on independent films, I have now gained knowledge of production management, and wish to further this understanding to use on other programmes and eventually to become more professionally involved with production management.
Specific Skills: Concept art, Set drafting, Set building, Digital and CAD Design, Model Making.
