Laura Bateman - Production designer
It is an exciting enterprise to entertain and inspire the imagination of strangers. Throughout the past year I have written, designed and put on a performance. It’s main aim being to show beautiful images and words that would be thought provoking and moving. I projected an animation of silhouetted figures onto wallpaper while an actor recalled the memories of his life. This project was a massive challenge, encompassing, script writing, animation, directing, designing and building a set.
