Costume Design

The students and staff of the Costume Design Course warmly welcome you to the 2008 Graduate Exhibition. Costume Design is a specialist subject area, which is challenging in terms of the breadth of knowledge and skills necessary for success. There have been a varied range of design projects this year ‘ Cabaret’ by Kandor & Ebb, ‘Measure for Measure’ by Shakespeare, ‘Everyman’, ‘Far Away’ by Caryl Churchill, ‘ The Bitter Tears of Petra von Kant’ by Fassbinder, and new dance pieces based on ‘The Water Babies’ by Charles Kingsley or paintings by the Successionists. This group of graduating students have much to offer as designers creatively, collaboratively and professionally. Their tutors wish them every success and recommend them to you.
